All-New Mazda BT-50: Great Value Comes Standard

Mazda has today confirmed pricing for its All-New BT-50 Freestyle and Dual Cabs.

Value is the name of the game with each new model snaring a competitive price tag to match an
extensive equipment list.

All models in the All-New BT-50 range include air-conditioning, Bluetooth®, cruise control, MP3
compatible CD player with USB input, steering wheel mounted audio controls, trip computer and
power windows and mirrors.

A host of additional new features including satellite navigation, leather seats, auto-dimming rear
view mirror, Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Hill Launch Assist (HLA) are now also available for
the first time on the BT-50 range.

All-New BT-50 sets the safety benchmark with every model featuring Dynamic Stability Control
(DSC), Traction Control (TCS), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA),
Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Roll Stability Control (RSC).

Freestyle and Dual Cab models are equipped with dual front, side and curtain SRS airbags to
ensure the highest level of occupant protection.

Class-topping performance and towing capacity and impressive fuel efficiency are provided on all
Freestyle and Dual Cab models courtesy of a brand new 3.2 litre in-line 5 cylinder diesel engine.

There are three Freestyle Cab models in the new BT-50 range starting with the 4x2 Freestyle Cab
Chassis XT at $32,590 and going through to the 4x4 Freestyle Cab Utility XTR at $46,810.

Dual Cab action kicks off with the 4x2 Dual Cab Utility XT at $36,090 and peaks with the leather
appointed 4x4 Dual Cab Utility GT at $52,710.

New Mazda CX-5 takes centre stage at Frankfurt Motorshow

FRANKFURT, Germany - The world premiere of the all-new Mazda CX-5 is the one of the highlights of this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. It is the first new-generation Mazda vehicle to include Mazda’s breakthrough SKYACTIV technologies and an eye-catching new design direction called ‘KODO – Soul of Motion’.

The CX-5 compact crossover SUV features a full set of all-new SKYACTIV technologies such as engines, transmissions and a new chassis and body that further enhance the Mazda fun-to-drive experience together with outstanding environmental and safety performance. The world premiere of the all-new Mazda CX-5 at Frankfurt begins a new era for the Mazda brand bringing together the full range of unique Mazda-developed SKYACTIV Technologies and the exciting new ‘KODO – Soul of Motion’ design language.

The CX-5 will be available with both petrol and diesel engines featuring record-breaking compression ratios which are coupled to the new SKYACTIV-DRIVE six-speed automatic or the new SKYACTIV-MT six-speed manual. These technologies are combined with a new platform featuring lightweight yet rigid body and chassis structures, aerodynamic efficiency for precise response and a high-quality, rewarding ride. These are matched to outstanding environmental and safety performance, customers can choose from two- and all-wheel-drive versions.

Mazda CX-5 engineers focused on achieving exceptional environmental performance for a compact SUV and the European-spec models have targeted CO2 emissions of less than 120 g/km for the SKYACTIV-D 2.2 diesel model with standard power, front-wheel-drive, manual transmission.

On the inside, CX-5 has generous boot volume and rear legroom – one of the segment’s largest, in fact – high quality feel, superior functionality and low noise levels for a most enjoyable ride. Superior safety performance is realised by offering Rear Vehicle Monitoring (RVM)* and all-new active safety equipment like Smart City Brake Support (SCBS), High-Beam Control (HBC), and Lane Departure Warning*.
